CUIABÁ – Cerca de 800 profissionais da saúde que atuam na linha de frente de combate ao coronavírus (covid19) em Mato Grosso devem receber as doses da terceira fase da vacina chinesa contra o vírus, desenvolvida pela farmacêutica Sinovac Life Science. Apesar de 10 doses já terem sido aplicadas no Centro de Pesquisa do ensaio clínico nacional Profiscov, que funciona dentro do Hospital Universitário Júlio Muller (HUJM), a vacinação efetiva deve iniciar apenas na próxima terça-feira (13).
Gerente de Atenção à Saúde do HUJM, Cassiano Moraes Falleiros, explica que o processo da vacinação contra a covid19 não consiste apenas na aplicação da dose, mas envolve diversas etapas até que de fato o voluntário seja vacinado.
Primeiramente, o profissional da saúde deve inscrever via plataforma disponibilizada no site do Instituto Butantan, o sistema faz a seleção automática daqueles que poderão ser vacinados. Porém, isso ainda não significa que a pessoa já terá o à imunização. “Ao chegar no dia agendado, este profissional ará por uma avaliação médica e com o grupo de enfermagem. Após isso, terá que um termo de consentimento e aí sim é aplicada a primeira dose”.
Mato Grosso inicia teste de vacina na próxima semana
Falleiros ainda explica que o primeiro dia de vacinação ocorrido na última terça-feira serviu para testar a dinâmica de aplicação das doses e até esta sexta-feira, foram realizadas melhorias nesse método, para que na próxima semana seja retomada a aplicação efetiva. “Nossa intenção é imunizar no período da manhã e da tarde, 10 pessoas (totalizando 20). E no período da noite, um grupo maior, mas que ainda vamos definir a quantidade. Iniciaremos às 7h e vamos com o procedimento até às 21h”.
A médica infectologista do HUJM, Giovana Volpato Pazin Fe, foi a primeira voluntária a receber a dose da vacina chinesa contra a covid-19. Ela agradeceu a oportunidade de participar do processo e se disse satisfeita tanto na perspectiva da área da Saúde como no exercício da cidadania. “Me senti muito segura com a confiabilidade dos procedimentos, que é referendada pela expertise do Butantã”.
