ÁGUA BOA – Três falsos médicos foram denunciados pelo Ministério Público Estadual (MPE) por atuarem ilegalmente, no Hospital Regional da cidade de Água Boa, a 736 km de Cuiabá. Eles não tinham autorização para atuação e se apresentavam como estagiários de medicina.

Além deles, outros dois médicos foram denunciados. Eles são donos da empresa contratada para istrar os leitos de UTI.

Os falsos médicos estavam expondo a perigo a vida e a saúde dos pacientes, uma vez que tal conduta acarretava grande risco de infecções bacterianas, argumenta o MP.
Eles também usaram o carimbo de um médico e falsificavam a dele, com o consentimento do profissional.
Com a falsa e o carimbo, os “estagiários”, que na verdade eram falsos médicos, conseguiram receitar remédios e até mesmo alterar dosagens utilizadas em tratamento.
Ainda segundo a denúncia, os donos da empresa que istrava a UTI expam a vida e a saúde de pessoas sob sua autoridade ou guarda, para fim de tratamento.
As investigações identificaram que os pacientes foram privados de alimentação. Segundo as investigações do MP, um paciente chegou a ficar três dias sem receber comida.
O MP diz ainda que eles substituíram os medicamentos de primeira linha por outros medicamentos que não surtiam a mesma eficácia de sedação, expondo assim a perigo a vida e a saúde dos pacientes, causando-lhes sofrimento no tratamento.
A UTI está entre as credenciadas pelo governo para receber pacientes com Covid-19.
Entre as testemunhas do processo estão 12 servidores da saúde, entre eles, médicos, enfermeiros e nutricionistas.
