CANARANA – A Polícia Civil acredita que se trata de uma quadrilha organizada a responsabilidade pelos furtos de peças caras de caminhões na região do Médio Araguaia, ocorrido entre o final do mês de maio e o início do mês de junho.

Somente em Canarana, pelo menos quatro caminhões foram alvos dos ladrões, que levaram peças como bomba do ar, módulo do motor e módulo da caixa, sendo que algumas chegam a custar mais de R$ 20.000,00. Também foram registrados furtos nessa modalidade nas cidades de Querência, Ribeirão Cascalheira, Água Boa e Nova Xavantina.
Conforme o investigador da PC de Canarana, Valdivino Vital, os furto acontecem por encomenda. “Pelos que as vítimas falaram, o módulo do motor seria o coração do caminhão e, pelo que conversei com eles, o módulo de um Iveco 2012, por exemplo, só serve em outro Iveco 2012. Então há a possiblidade do furto ser por encomenda”, explicou.
Para Valdivino, se trata de um grupo criminoso organizado, onde uma equipe faz o levantamento de onde tem caminhões com determinadas características, outra equipe faz o monitoramento e ainda outra equipe executa o crime. Os furtos geralmente ocorrem de madrugada, quando as carretas estão estacionadas em frente à casa dos motoristas nas cidades da região.
Conforme um representante de classe, em uma postagem numa rede social de um grupo de caminhoneiros, os furtos só ocorrem porque tem mercado. “Isso é culpa de quem compra peça usada e recuperada, pode ser nós mesmos, porque alimenta esse mercado”, escreveu.
“O prejuízo é grande, mas a Polícia Civil de toda a região está imbuída para elucidar a autoria desses furtos”, finaliza Valdivino, que também alerta para que os proprietários redobrem os cuidados quanto a onda desse tipo de furto nas cidades do Médio Araguaia.
