Primeira-dama de MT mobiliza grupo de ação para o combate à violência doméstica

Durante dois dias a primeira-dama de MT, Virginia Mendes, esteve reunida no gabinete da Unidade de Ações Sociais e Atenção à Família (Unaf), para tratar sobre o plano para intensificar e agilizar as investigações de casos de crimes de violência contra a mulher e os casos de feminicídio e homicídios de mulheres no Estado. A primeira etapa da reunião, realizada na segunda-feira (18.12), contou com as presenças do secretário de Estado de Segurança Pública, Cel. Roveri; a secretária de Estado de Assistência Social e Cidadania, Grasielle Bugalho; o secretário-chefe da Casa Civil, Fabio Garcia; a diretora-geral da Polícia Judiciária Civil (PJC), Daniela Maidel; a delegada Jannira Laranjeira e sua assessora Mônica Camolezi; e a assessora especial da Setasc Marimax Comazze.

A segunda reunião nesta terça-feira (19.12), participaram com primeiro grupo, o secretário de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão, Basílio Bezerra, secretário adjunto de Inteligência da Sesp, Valter Furtado, o diretor geral – adjunto Rodrigo Bastos da PJC, Rodrigo Bastos e o deputado estadual Beto Dois a Um, para o alinhamento da edição de um decreto para a criação da coordenadoria e superintêndencia conforme a proposta do grupo de trabalho.

“Nós conseguimos implantar o programa SER Família Mulher com o auxílio às mulheres com medidas protetivas, e agora estou empenhada para encontrar uma solução que ampare com ainda segurança as mulheres em situação de violência doméstica em nosso Estado, e consequentemente se torne modelo para todo o país. Não podemos tolerar que agressores tenham precedentes e que mesmo cumprindo pena voltem a cometer crimes e aterrorizar a vida das vítimas”, alertou Virginia Mendes.

De acordo com as informações da PJC, Mato Grosso saiu do 1º lugar para o 4º lugar no ranking de crimes contra a mulher. “O nosso nosso objetivo e fortalecer a rede de segurança para evitar os crimes de feminicídio, homicídios e interromper o ciclo de violência doméstica, o que mais uma vez ressalto, precisamos urgente de leis mais severas, para isso é preciso um compromisso no Congresso Nacional para uma Lei específica. Podemos ter mil delegacias, mas se houver rigor de nada vai adiantar”, pontuou a primeira-dama de MT.

A delegada Jannira apresentou o Programa de Monitoramento de Medidas Protetivas, com o plantão de atendimento às vítimas de violência doméstica e sexual. Além do plantão uma casa que dê apoio às vítimas, Casa de Euridice, e ainda o selo Euridice Gomes da Silva, uma homenagem a mãe da primeira-dama Virginia Mendes. “Esse certificado vai motivar as boas práticas. A finalidade é premiar instituições e profissionais que se dedicam a promover a ampla justiça na defesa das mulheres contra todas as formas de violência”, explicou a delegada.

A Casa de Euridice além de uma sede física vai contar com o Núcleo de Defesa e Proteção Social a partir dos atendimentos virtuais interligados a rede com o programa SER Família Mulher que conta com o Ônibus Lilás, re de proteção social (abrigo, CREAS, CRAS, PAIF, dentre outros), atuação da Polícia Militar e a Patrulha Maria da Penha; com  o Núcleo de Orientação Jurídica com o sistema de garantia de Direitos, conselhos, Direitos humanos, Tribunal de Justiça, Ministério Público do Estado e Defensoria Pública do Estado; com o Núcleo de Apoio Psicológico Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), ACS’S, CAPS, CAPSI e Universidades; e com o Núcleo de Inserção Produtiva que inclui Empresas, Sistema “S”, SINE, ONGs, Clubes de Serviço e Universidades. O monitoramento está amparado pela Polícia Judiciária Civil (PJC), SESP, Radar GEIA, Banco de Dados de Medidas Protetivas, Delegacia Virtual, 13 RISPs, 8 Regionais e 141 Comarcas.

 

Já a diretora-geral da PJC, Daniela Maidel destacou, que atualmente o que temos são ideias espalhadas. “Para alcançarmos os resultados, precisamos unificar as estratégias coordenando e unificando as ações. Com o programa SER Família Mulher nós já temos um norte de ações e a partir de então podemos aprimorar a rede”.  Para que isso aconteça de forma eficiente, a delegada sugeriu a criação de uma coordenadoria no âmbito da Polícia Civil no Combate à Violência Doméstica, e a secretária Grasielle sugeriu a transformação do Núcleo da Setasc em Superintendência da Mulher.

 

“Vamos analisar a possibilidade de criar via decreto Executivo a Coordenadoria da Mulher na estrutura da PJC e a mudança do Núcleo da Setasc em Superintendência da Mulher. É algo possível e que não vai onerar a gestão”, avaliou Basílio.

 

Para o secretário-chefe da Casa Civil, Fabio Garcia, a preocupação da primeira-dama Virginia Mendes é legítima, e é preciso unir esforços para combater os crimes de violência doméstica, homicídios e feminicídios. “Com certeza vamos apoiar a primeira-dama Virginia Mendes nesta luta, ela tem sido incansável como mulher e como liderança responsável pela criação do Programa SER Família Mulher. Organizar um núcleo de inteligência eficiente será divisor de águas em apoio às vítimas”.

 

O deputado estadual Beto Dois a Um, também declarou apoio. “Na Assembleia Legislativa a rede de combate a violência doméstica pode contar comigo, esta é uma responsabilidade de todos”, ratificou.
