Sicredi promove ações para incentivar o cooperativismo no Brasil

De 17 a 21 de outubro, o Sicredi, instituição financeira cooperativa com mais de 6 milhões de associados, realiza em todo o Brasil a Semana Crescer. A iniciativa é aberta ao público, sob o tema “Cooperar é Contagiante” e tem como objetivo promover ações de conhecimento sobre o cooperativismo às pessoas e mostrar a sua importância. A Semana Crescer 2022 do Sicredi ocorre de maneira on-line e gratuita, interessados em participar devem ar a plataforma Cursos Sicredi.

A semana de comemorações está vinculada ao Programa Crescer, inciativa voltada à qualificação de associados, não associados, conselheiros, coordenadores de núcleo e colaboradores em relação à educação cooperativista. Para tornar a formação ainda mais ível a todos, foi criada a plataforma on-line de Cursos Sicredi que apoia o Programa com o objetivo de levar conhecimento sobre cooperativismo.

Na plataforma, a versão on-line da formação é organizada em formato de web série interativa, que conta com seis episódios temáticos: “Por que cooperar?”; “Homo cooperativus”; “Nossas raízes”; “A retomada”; “Nossa essência” e “Jornada do Theo”. Para á-los, basta fazer um breve cadastro.

Junto às ações da semana, o Sicredi promoverá a celebração do Dia Internacional das Cooperativas de Crédito (DICC), comemorado anualmente na terceira quinta-feira de outubro, que neste ano ocorre no dia 20. A data, organizada pelo Conselho Mundial das Cooperativas de Crédito (WOCCU na sigla em inglês) destaca a contribuição e as transformações positivas geradas pelo segmento na sociedade a partir do mote “Empodere seu futuro financeiro com uma cooperativa de crédito”.

este portfólio não é o fim do nosso modelo de negócio. As nossas soluções financeiras são o instrumento para que possamos levar desenvolvimento econômico e prosperidade aos associados, suas famílias e comunidade em geral. Este sim é o nosso propósito. Acreditamos que proporcionar informação e formação sobre o cooperativismo de crédito é a chave para o crescimento de uma sociedade cada vez mais próspera, pois sabemos do impacto positivo que o nosso segmento proporciona e o potencial que ele tem no Brasil de impulsionar o crescimento das regiões”, explica Romeo Balzan, superintendente da Fundação Sicredi. “Na Semana Crescer proporcionamos experiências para que as pessoas conheçam como atuamos e a importância do cooperativismo para que as regiões onde estamos presentes tenham um desenvolvimento sustentável”, complementa.

Segundo a OCB (Organização das Cooperativas do Brasil), em 2021, o cooperativismo de crédito chegou à marca de 13,9 milhões de pessoas associadas no Brasil, gerando aproximadamente 90 mil postos de trabalho. Atualmente existem 763 cooperativas de crédito atuantes no Brasil, que possuem quase oito mil agências ou unidades de atendimento. Os ativos totais das cooperativas de crédito brasileiras chegam a R$ 518,8 bilhões, os depósitos totais R$ 292 bilhões e as operações de crédito ultraam R$ 258 bilhões, 6,5% do Sistema Financeiro Nacional.
