Suspeito de estuprar menino de 7 anos e gravar abuso é preso novamente em MT

Um homem, de 32 anos, suspeito de estuprar um menino, de 7 anos, e gravar o abuso foi preso novamente pela Polícia Federal, em Confresa, a 1.160 km de Cuiabá. Essa é a segunda fase da Operação Vulnerable, deflagrada nessa sexta-feira (1°).

O investigado foi preso em flagrante durante a primeira fase da operação. Porém, ele ou por uma audiência de custódia e foi posto em liberdade provisória.

Durante a análise do material apreendido, a Polícia Federal constatou a existência de diversos vídeos produzidos pelo próprio acusado, dentre os quais, o vídeo do abuso sexual contra o menino de 7 anos.

A Polícia Federal representou pela prisão preventiva do investigado, medida que foi deferida pela 2ª Vara Criminal de Barra do Garças.

Durante a tentativa de prender o investigado em Confresa, verificou-se que ele havia fugido para Goiânia, mas foi encontrado e preso. Segundo a PF, ao sair do município, ele desrespeitou a medida cautelar de proibição de se afastar da Comarca.

As investigações começaram em fevereiro, a partir da denúncia da mãe da vítima. O menino foi ouvido pelos policiais em “Depoimento Especial”, procedimento específico para crianças, que reforçou as informações readas pela mãe.

A prisão ocorreu durante o cumprimento de dois mandados de busca e apreensão na casa do investigado. Durante as buscas, as equipes também encontraram arquivos de pornografia infantil com vídeos de outras crianças.

A polícia também encontrou provas que levam a acreditar que o suspeito mostrou vídeos e imagens de outras duas crianças para a vítima.

Crime

O preso responderá pelos crimes de estupro de vulnerável e produção de cena de sexo explícito envolvendo criança ou adolescente. Além desses crimes, ele continua respondendo por armazenamento de material contendo cenas de sexo envolvendo crianças ou adolescentes do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA).

As penas somadas podem chegar a 27 anos de reclusão e multa.
